In a heartfelt tribute yesterday, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk honored President Joe Biden, commending him for strengthening democracy. This followed Biden’s announcement that he would not be running in the upcoming White House race.
Tusk, who held the presidency of the European Council from 2014 to 2019, emphasized in March the importance of maintaining strong transatlantic relations, irrespective of the US president’s identity.
